Terms of Service

By accessing or using PassFirst at passfirst.ie ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PassFirst ("we", "us", "our").

PassFirst is a web application that helps Irish learner drivers practise RSA driving test routes. The Service allows users to: • Browse instructor-verified driving test routes for RSA test centres • View route briefings including manoeuvres and street-level detail • Navigate test routes via Google Maps integration • Access tutorial videos relevant to the Irish driving test

You must be at least 16 years of age to use this Service. By using PassFirst, you confirm that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for use by learner drivers preparing for RSA driving tests in Ireland.

To access certain features, you must create an account using a supported sign-in method (Google, Apple, or Facebook). You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorised use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain content within PassFirst requires a one-time purchase to unlock. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. • Purchases grant lifetime access to the purchased content, tied to your account • Access is available across all your devices when signed in • All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise • Purchases are non-refundable except where required by Irish consumer law We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.

You agree not to: • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service • Share account credentials or purchased content with third parties • Use the Service in any way that could impair or disrupt its operation • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure

PassFirst routes are traced and verified by RSA-approved driving instructors. However: • Routes are provided for practice purposes only and do not guarantee a specific test route will be used on the day of your test • Navigation is provided via Google Maps. By using navigation features, you are also subject to Google's Terms of Service • You are responsible for driving safely and in compliance with Irish road traffic law at all times • PassFirst accepts no liability for incidents arising from following any route

All content within PassFirst — including route data, map imagery, text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of PassFirst or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

PassFirst integrates with third-party services including: • Google Maps — for map preview and navigation • Clerk — for authentication • Stripe — for payment processing • YouTube — for tutorial video content • Convex — for data storage Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Routes will be accurate at all times (road layouts and test routes may change) • The Service will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, PassFirst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time via your Profile page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
