Terms of Service

PassFirst is a web application that provides practice driving test routes for RSA test centres in Ireland. The routes are designed to help learner drivers familiarise themselves with the roads and manoeuvres commonly used during RSA driving tests. By using PassFirst you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Access to the full route list for a test centre is available for a one-time fee of €9 per centre. This purchase grants you lifetime access to all routes for that centre for as long as PassFirst remains operational. There is no subscription. You will not be charged again for the same centre.

Because route content is immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once routes have been accessed. If you have a genuine issue with your purchase and have not yet accessed the routes, please contact us at bryappdev@gmail.com and we will review your request.

You may use PassFirst for your own personal practice only. You may not: • Share, resell, or redistribute route content to others • Attempt to scrape, copy, or systematically download route data • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure

PassFirst routes are practice aids only. They are not official RSA routes and are not endorsed by or affiliated with the Road Safety Authority of Ireland. Routes are based on commonly observed test routes and instructor knowledge, but actual test routes may differ. Road layouts, traffic conditions, and test routes can change at any time. PassFirst makes no guarantee that the routes provided will match the routes used in your actual driving test. Use of this service does not guarantee a pass result.

PassFirst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PassFirst and its operators shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on route information during practice or on test day.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of PassFirst after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
